Joy began her career in Washington DC, as a Senior Events Planner for acclaimed The George Washington University. While there, she led logistics for 200+ organizations on campus, garnering a reputation for executing events at an incomparable level. But when an unexpected professional opportunity led her to Chicago, she immediately hit the ground running to put her strategic thinking, community engagement and consulting prowess to work where she could raise awareness and funds for causes that matter. She opened the doors to her in-demand agency, Enjoy LLC, in 2004.
